LuLu Kennedy has partnered with one of her former Fashion East protégées, Louise Gray, for her spring/summer 2014 LuLu & Co collection. Although the Scottish designer has been quietly consulting for a number of brands after suspending her eponymous label in July, this is the first time that she has unveil any new creation since February.

“LuLu mentored me in the early days of my brand, and has always been a good advisor-wise,’” Gray said. “It was great to work on LuLu & Co, which is LuLu’s personal fabulous wearable label. I loved being able to inject my points prints and work into the collection.”

“Every piece that she’s made for LuLu & Co looks fabulous and has been really popular with buyers, which confirms what a strong demand there is for work,” said Kennedy “I selfishly hope that she would be back soon with her won label, we all miss her so much and LFW didn’t feel the same without her last season.”
